Overview

Mining & Materials Engineering : A comprehensive review of materials handling systems used in open pit and underground mines. Review of system selection criteria, and analysis of the impact of particular systems on mine design.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2024-2025 academic year.

  • Prerequisite: permission of instructor

  • Students must register for both MIME 624D1 and MIME 624D2

  • No credit will be given for this course unless both MIME 624D1 and MIME 624D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
