For new students as of Fall 2025: you must complete at least one Faculty of Arts programÌý- as part of your other degree/program requirements - to graduate with a B.A. degree.ÌýÌý

Important Notes:

  1. The programs listed below are programs offered by the Faculty of Arts. If the program you are seeking is not listed in the table below, it isÌýby definition considered to be academic programÌýoffered by a FacultyÌýother than the Faculty ofÌýArts.
  2. Arts students are eligible to enrolÌýin any of theÌý. However per your degree requirements, if you enrol in a program offered by aÌýFaculty other than ArtsÌý(eg. Psychology, Geography, Computer Science or Math, which are all offered by the Faculty of Science), you must alsoÌýenrolÌýin at least one of the listed Arts programs, below.Ìý
  3. Programs offered by the Bieler School of Environment:
    • The Faculty Program in Environment and the Honours in Environment are both considered to be Arts programs.
    • The Minor Concentration in Environment remains available to B.A. students, as with other Science programs. It is not however considered to be an Arts program.
    • For the Joint Honours in Environment, the Environment Honours component is not considered to be an Arts program. It must thereforeÌýbe accompanied by an Arts Joint Honours component from the list, below.
