Nutrition et diététique : An in-depth analysis of literature, concepts and investigative approaches to metabolic nutrition research with particular emphasis on molecular biology, biochemistry and stable isotope kinetics research. Critical analysis of metabolic research design, methodologies, and analysis of context and metabolism.
