Droit général : This seminar examines the connections between the theory and practice of human rights. It explores theoretical, ethical and strategic issues related to human rights discourse, advocacy and activism, and critically examines fact finding, monitoring and reporting, litigation, grass roots mobilization and media engagement in advancing human rights.
