EDPD : Individual and organizational factors that affect the productivity of talent in an organization; effective management and deployment of learning solutions in the industry. Focus is on competency-based training (CBT) to help achieve better organizational results with high levels of knowledge-transfer consistency and criteria for acceptable performance.
