CSCI : Basic principles of mechanics – kinematics, dynamics. Vectors, equilibrium, rectilinear motion. Newton's laws, gravitation, motion in a plane, work and energy theorem. Impulse and momentum. Principles of conservation of energy and linear momentum. Circular motion and angular momentum, conservation of angular momentum. Rigid body rotation.
