In 20 22\, recognizing the central role that Supply Chain plays in CAE’s sustain ability mission\, Valerie stood up the Sustainability organization with a focus on industry ecosystems and decarbonization of the value chain.\n\n He r prior role as the B787 Program Director at Alcoa led to the creation of a Program Office where\, as Senior Director\, Strategic Programs\, Valerie had full P&L ownership of programs in automotive\, defense and aviation.
