 t Albert Caponi\n\n	\n		Albert Caponi is a senior executive with more than 30
  years of experience in various industries including Artificial Intelligen
 ce (AI)\, Airports\, Manufacturing\, Telecom\, Professional Services and o
 ther industries. Prior to joining Scale AI\, he held several positions\, i
 ncluding\, CFO of Montreal’s Trudeau Airport\, after serving many years as
  the Finance Head of ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨. Following 10 years of Consulting a
 nd Advisory services with Deloitte & Touche Ross\, Albert joined a North A
 merican plastic manufacturing company as their CFO\, which had just been a
 cquired by a US venture capital group. He is a chartered accountant (CPA) 
 by training and serves on Corporate and Advisory Boards\, including start-
 ups in the AI space.\n	\n\n	About John Gradek\n\n	\n		John Gradek has variously
  been a lecturer\, a headhunter\, an amateur chef and a businessperson. He
  holds three degrees\, a Bachelor of Science from Université de Montreal (
 Loyola)\, a Bachelor of Engineering from Carleton University and a Masters
  in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey).
 \n\n		At ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨\, he is a Faculty Lecturer and Academic Program Coordinator 
 of the Supply Chain and Supply Networks programs as well as the Aviation M
 anagement Program. John currently lectures in both the Certificate in Supp
 ly Chain and Logistics as well as in the Graduate Certificate in Dynamic a
 nd Integrated Supply Networks.\n\n		His business experience includes his cur
 rent activities as an advisor to GSS in Laval\, one of the world's leading
  artificial intelligence and digital twin developers. John is also a membe
 r of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada\, a quasi-judicial feder
 al body adjudicating decisions made by Transport Canada. John previously h
 eld the position of CEO of Synergy Technologies\, a technology development
  firm focusing on synthetic fuels and heavy oil upgrading. He was in senio
 r management roles at Canadian Pacific Railway in Asset Management and Net
 work Design as well as senior roles at Air Canada in operations\, marketin
 g and planning. John has worked in the development and the delivery of com
 mercial airline management programs for the International Aviation Managem
 ent Training Institute as well as for the IATA Aviation MBA program at Con
 cordia University.\n	\n\n	About Marc-Olivier Gaudreault\n\n	\n		Marc-Olivier Ga
 udreault draws on over 12 years of experience to excel as a Supply Chain a
 nd Manufacturing Operations Leader at Deloitte. His career shows his depth
  of expertise in manufacturing process optimization\, digital transformati
 on and implementation of innovative strategies in the manufacturing indust
 ry. Every day\, Marc-Olivier steers businesses through all the challenges 
 of modernization to gain a competitive edge in the global market. He is ex
 ceptionally skilled at demystifying complex technological concepts and tra
 nslating them into operational strategies that yield results. Marc-Olivier
  is a dynamic leader and a multi-talented advisor\, with a truly forward-f
 ocused approach to manufacturing\, Industry 5.0 and human behavioural anal
 ysis.\n	\n\n	About Valerie Myers\n\n	\n		With a career spanning 30 years in hig
 h-tech manufacturing\, the last 16 of which in aerospace\, Valerie has a t
 rack record of devising high efficiency supply chains and delivering profi
 table growth.\n\n		At CAE Inc.\, she serves as Senior Director\, Global Supp
 ly Chains & Sustainability where\, upon joining in 2021 amidst a pandemic-
 induced shortage economy\, led a 4X increase in supply chain output. In 20
 22\, recognizing the central role that Supply Chain plays in CAE’s sustain
 ability mission\, Valerie stood up the Sustainability organization with a 
 focus on industry ecosystems and decarbonization of the value chain.\n\n		He
 r prior role as the B787 Program Director at Alcoa led to the creation of 
 a Program Office where\, as Senior Director\, Strategic Programs\, Valerie
  had full P&L ownership of programs in automotive\, defense and aviation. 
 Valerie was accountable for customer relations\, business development\, en
 d to end value stream design and execution. Valerie held various leadershi
 p roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Supply Management\, including supplie
 r quality.\n\n		Valerie holds a BA from Concordia University and an MBA from
  the John Molson School of Business.\n	\n\n
