Do you need proof you’re registered?

You may need to provide proof you’re registered at ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ for a variety of reasons: for your parents’ health insurance, to get an International Student Card, or to qualify for the student rate on public transit.

Print a Proof of Enrolment Letter

Students who require confirmation of their status at ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ can obtain a signed letter listing the terms they were registered at ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ by accessing their record in Minerva.

  1. Login into Minerva.
  2. Log in using your ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ Username/´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ ID and ´ó·¢²ÊƱƽ̨ Password/PIN.
  3. Select the Student Menu.
  4. Select the Student Records Menu.
  5. Click Letters – Proof of Enrolment.
  6. Select the appropriate term(s) and type of letter.
  7. Click Submit/Print.
  8. The letter will open in a PDF file which can then be printed or saved.

If you are a Macdonald Campus student, you may also get your signed proof of registration letters at the Macdonald Campus Student Affairs Office in Laird Hall.
